Don Papa Baroko it is matured for several years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended for a rich, smooth finish.The resulting blend shows the original spirit of Don Papa - bursting with citrus and vanilla on the nose, it is full-bodied with notes of candied tropical fruit and honey, and has a long bold finish with dried sultanas and a hint of toasty oak.
