Don Papa Baroko is made from the ‘black gold’, molasses rum, and aged for several years in American oak barrels at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, after which it is blended into a rum with a rich, full-bodied flavour. You have lots of citrus and vanilla in the nose, a full body with notes of candied fruit and honey. Long finish with spicy wood notes.
