De Broers nemen ons mee terug naar de wortels van oude kruidengeneesmiddelen en herontdekken rozemarijn, tijm en alsem in een fris en zuur eigen “Aperitief Bianco” uit Griekenland. Ze produceren eerst een Mediterraanse Vermout door de Griekse kruiden van het recept te laten trekken en te macereren tot gezoete wijn. Vervolgens wordt deze vermout gedealcoholiseerd met een omgekeerd osmoseproces. Hier zit dan al smaak en kracht, waar dit uiteindelijk een niet alcoholische aperitief wordt.
