Website: Champagne Tribaut Schloesser - Depuis 1929
Sébastien and Valentin Tribaut, the great-grandsons of René Schloesser, continue the family domain today. They have owned 23 hectares in organic conversion since 2020, spread over Romery, Cormoyeux, Fleury la Rivière and Damery. They also purchase grapes from renowned crus such as Ecueil Premier Cru and Aÿ Grand Cru. They continue the family tradition combined with modern techniques. To produce approximately 350,000 bottles every year with the same care, Tribaut-Schoesser vinifies all grapes in thermally controlled stainless steel tanks and barrels or half muids. The reserve wines mature for a year in oak barrels and foudres. This is followed by maturation of at least 24 months sur lattes, and for certain cuvées even up to 9 years. It is out of the desire to respect the purity of each terroir that each of the cuvées is of course dosed low or not at disgorgement.
