Herdade dos Arrochais is a family estate located in Amareleja, in the middle of Alentejo.

After the takeover in 1990, the passion and dedication of the family patriarch for the land and hunting led him to invest all his personal and patrimonial resources in the restoration of the estate's soil, flora and fauna, as well as the exemplary rehabilitation of agricultural lands with a view to restoring their productive capacity and quality. The family is very close to nature. So the soil has been 'revived', the land has been reforested and wildlife has been cared for, some of which is reflected in the labels. Wine is grown here up to 1,500 meters above sea level.

Beautiful straw yellow color. Fresh and fruity aroma. Soft and fresh in the mouth with a persistent aftertaste.

Beautiful accompaniment to elegant, fresh vegetable or gratin dishes, starters such as oysters or asparagus in butter sauce or even dishes with oily fish such as salmon.
