WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested early in order to maintain good acidity.
Fermentation takes place in a closed tank in order to preserve the natural gas,

temperature
bottling to preserve the freshness and aromas of the wine.
The bubbles are 100% natural.
Fermentation is stopped by cold
temperature at 8% alcohol and around 50gr / L of residual sugars. Quick
bottling to preserve the freshness and aromas of the wine.
TASTING
This Muscat has a pale and clear golden color accompanied by
elegant bubble with a persistent foam. The nose is powerful and fresh with
typical Muscat aromas: flowers and citrus fruits. With a lively and frank
attack, the palate balanced between sweetness and freshness will bring you
aromas of pear, white flowers and notes of exotic fruits.
FOOD PAIRING:
Serve chilled as an aperitif, in cocktails or with dark chocolate desserts and
fruit salads
