The initial nose is subtle, but stirring releases aromas of white fruit. It is a very soft wine on the palate with a silky smooth attack and a very full mid-palate. The Sémillon comes into its own. The finish is quite woody, but beautifully long with a light, pleasant flavour. A fine reflection of our terroir in 2021.
