This genever combines the specific qualities of three different grains.

The grain eau de vie (malt wine) is distilled from equal parts Rye, Maize and Malted Barley. The malted barley provides the backbone of the drink. The corn gives it a rich sweetness and the rye characterises the spicy notes. The new distillate is distilled three times in a small pot still. Then the distillate is partially distilled a fourth time with carefully selected herbs such as juniper, liquorice root and anise seed. Finally, the malt wine is joined with the other ingredients and the alcohol content is reduced to 45% for lagering in small wooden barrels.
