Fresh rosé vinification in stainless steel to preserve the fruity character and freshness as much as possible. No pronounced barrel ageing.
Taste profile / Wine list description
A fresh and approachable rosé with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and subtle Mediterranean herbs. The Grenache provides juicy red fruit and roundness, whilst Marselan adds extra colour, spice and structure. On the palate, it is smooth, fruity and lively with a dry, refreshing finish. Ideal summer rosé with a lovely balance between fruit and freshness.

Aperitifs, tapas, salads, grilled vegetables, barbecues, charcuterie, pizza, Mediterranean cuisine and light fish dishes.
Ageing potential / Cellaring potential
Best enjoyed young for maximum freshness and fruit expression. Ideal within 1 to 2 years of harvest, so until around 2025–2026. Grenache-based rosé is generally made to be consumed young and lively.
