The flavour of the gin is the result of 6 Japanese botanicals that create a deliciously fresh and floral character. Thus, we recognise aromas of cherry blossom, green tea and a hint of pepper. On the palate, the gin is soft and oily followed by the intense flavour of green tea and earl grey tea. Alongside this, a bitter citrus note and spicy influence is present. Outright a delicious gin that mixes perfectly with several tonics.
