PJ Elderflower Gin is an exceptionally smooth and sweet gin. Fresh and fruity aromas prevail, with a hint of juniper in the background. The elderflower gin is infused with flesh of lemon and blossom of elderberry. The flavour resembles a liquid flower with juniper berries and very soft ripe citrus notes. A dry or powerful tonic.
