Ish Red Gin is 5 keer gedistilleerd. Voor de gin zijn 12 verschillende botanicals gebruikt: jeneverbes, korianderzaad, engelwortel geblend met amandel, iriswortel, nootmuskaat, kaneel, cassia bast, zoethout, limoen en appelsienzeste. hierdoor krijgt de gin zeer sterke aroma'. Een intense geur van jeneverbes, afgerond met aarse koriander. Citrus is hier ook terug in te vinden maar in een iets lichtere vorm. deze is ook weer terug te vinden in zijn smaak. Sinaasappel is wat het meeste naar voren komt gevold door een compleze harmonie aan smaken.
