Ish Red Gin is distilled five times. Twelve different botanicals are used in the gin: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root blended with almond, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia bark, liquorice, lime and orange zest. This gives the gin very strong aromas. An intense aroma of juniper, rounded off with a hint of coriander. Citrus is also present here, but in a slightly lighter form. This is also reflected in its flavour. Orange is the most prominent note, followed by a complex harmony of flavours.
