Fleming’s Gin, a creation by Angelique Lefebvre, marks the first step towards changing this. Angelique has deliberately opted for a feminine touch, with a greater emphasis on refinement. Alongside locally grown juniper berries, she has chosen a selection of botanicals typical of our region, such as poppies, hops and rhubarb. In doing so, she highlights the Belgian origins of her creation. Using a limited number of carefully selected ingredients, she strives for the ultimate finesse. The result is a gin with a subtle and balanced flavour profile, which pairs perfectly with food but can also be enjoyed neat.
