This Double Single blend has been specially developed by cellar master Vallein Tercinier to pleasantly surprise lovers of demanding spirits. Bottled at 46% ABV with a clear natural colour, it is not chill-filtered in order to preserve all the finesse of the fruity aromas of this sweet marriage between a selection of exceptional old casks of 25-year-old Cognac Fins Bois and 15-year-old Cognac Bons Bois. ‘Very fine, intense, fruity nose, apricot, honey, orange, plum. A perfect balance complemented by notes of aniseed and almonds. On the palate, notes of ginger appear first, followed by the same intense, sweet and fruity notes in perfect harmony.’ With spirits aged a minimum of 15 and 25 years.
