Vinification / Ageing

Modern vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatic expression. Part of the wine is aged briefly on fine lees for extra roundness and complexity. Subtle oak influences may be present, but the fruit remains the focus.

Tasting notes (wine list)

An elegant and full-bodied Chardonnay with aromas of ripe peach, citrus, pineapple and a hint of vanilla and butter. On the palate, it is round and supple with beautifully integrated freshness, soft notes of exotic fruit and a refined, slightly creamy finish. An accessible yet characterful Chardonnay from the South of France.

10–12 °C

Food pairing

Grilled fish, shellfish, creamy pasta dishes, white meat, poultry, soft cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.

Ageing potential

Best enjoyed young for its fruity expression, but can continue to develop in the bottle for a further 2 to 4 years. Ideal until around 2027–2028.
