Aged in oak for 6 months. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and then undergoes limited oak aging to add extra roundness.
A fresh Chilean Chardonnay with a subtle hint of oak. On the nose, aromas of papaya, green apple, pineapple, and apricot. The palate is soft and slightly exotic, with ripe tropical fruit, a hint of butter, and a lovely, fresh finish. Balanced, approachable, and versatile with food.
