A blend of different villages (Cramant, Mailly-Champagne, Villers Marmery and Bisseuil), two grands crus are particularly reflected in this cuvée: Cramant, a village on the Côte des Blancs, and Mailly, a village on the Montagne de Reims. In Cramant the style of Chardonnay is full and lively. We especially appreciate the brioche expression that strengthens our blend over time. In Mailly-Champagne, the Chardonnay style gives finesse and elegance to our blend. As Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir flourishes, Chardonnays are rare and express the roasted hazelnut flavor that adds a touch of originality and rarity to our cuvée and sets it apart from the classic aromas found in most Blancs de Blancs. This special cuvée, dosed as Extra Brut, reflects all the splendor of Chardonnay with great elegance.
