The Manoir d'Apreval is a family estate located on the coast north of the Pays d'Auge by the sea between Honfleur and Trouville. In keeping with traditions and appellations, the Manoir d'Apreval team exploits its high stem apple and pear orchards organically and produces pure juices, with no added sugars, and vintage ciders with natural effervescence that allow them to preserve the best expression of their terroir.

Cider fermented for 6 months on fine lees.
Double distillation in a pot still.

Matured in 400-litre oak barrels, 25% of which are new

Blend of different vintages of Calvados AOC Pays d'Auge aged 4 to 6 years.
42% vol. alc.
Colour: Golden in colour, lightly tiled, shiny and clear.
Nose: Aromas of ripe apples and white flowers.
Flavour: Clean attack with notes of apples, vanilla and caramel. A molten finish with lemony notes.
As an aperitif: served with ice cream
During a meal: to accompany certain desserts or cakes.

As a digestif: at room temperature, in a cognac glass
