Busnel VSOP is a delicious calvados best enjoyed in the evening with a small company. On the nose, this calvados is fresh and rich with hints of apple and fig. On the palate, the VSOP is very soft and has undertones of cinnamon and mint. The finish is fine and long with notes of vanilla and coffee. The rich and full flavours of apple and wood make it a drink that can proudly bear the VSOP label. The VSOP undergoes double distillation and matures for at least four years in oak barrels. The drink should be drunk simply at room temperature.
