This wine is made from a selection of less concentrated juices, obtained by successive manual sorting of the three traditional grape varieties vinified in stainless steel vats.
Fresh and light like the mists of the Sauternes region, it is characterised by a beautiful structure with moderate sweetness, great aromatic purity and a very pleasant liveliness, making it a well-balanced and fruity wine, ideal as an aperitif, to be enjoyed well chilled and without delay.
