Baby Bourbon is the first whiskey to be made in the US state of New York since Prohibition, and is at the same time the first bourbon ever produced in that state. Its base is 100% New York corn, grown within a 15-kilometre radius of the distillery. In this way, we support the local economy and the environment in one fell swoop. Our whiskey matures in casks whose capacity varies from around 10 to 100 litres, and is then blended until we obtain our unique flavour profile.
