Glen Scotia Double Cask is a beautiful whiskey that has been allowed to mature in a combination of first filling bourbon barrels after which it has been poured into Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels. It is an excellent malt whiskey and perfectly balanced with aromas and flavors of herbs, ripe fruits and the characteristic sea spray (slightly salty) with vanilla, it has a delicious oak finish as we often encounter at Glen Scotia.
