Rémy Martin VSOP is made with eaux de vie sourced exclusively from the most sought-after vineyards in the Cognac region: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. These eaux de vie have excellent ageing potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne. The aromas and flavours are composed by fruits such as apricot and peach, floral notes such as violet and rose, and spice notes such as sweet vanilla.
