• RAW MATERIAL Grape marc from red grapes that were left to macerate in wine for a long time and were processed immediately after their pressing. The distillate is then aged in French oak casks for more then six months.
• TYPE OF ALEMBIC Discontinuous cycle at bain-marie. • APPEARANCE Bright, warm and amber colour typical of the products aged in wood. • AROMATIC PROFILE The scent is remarkably woody with hues of brown tobacco, sweet spices and saffron.
• TASTE Warm and soft. • CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS Alcohol content, % vol. 40
• NOTES Grape marc from eastern Veneto Region and Friuli.
