West Cork Single Malt Port Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and distilled in small batches. It is patiently matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and then finished in port casks from Quinta Da Boeira. The wine is then no-chill filtered and bottled at 43% without added colouring.
