Nikka Single Malt Miyagikyo is a fine Japanese whisky with an elegant fruitiness and attractive aroma with a strong sherry cask influence. Sourced from Miyagikyo's 2nd distillery dating back to 1969. It was chosen to use a less smoked malt and to be distilled on pot stills heated by indirect steam. The Miyagikyou single malt has a lovely elegant fruity flavour and is full-bodied, this Nikka whisky is an excellent introduction to Japanese whiskies
