Colombian Adged Premium Dry Gin Ortodoxy is a Colombian gin that is distilled no less than 5 times. The recipe was created by former distillery director Dictador: ‘Dario Parra’. He fell in love with gin through his travels through Britain. For years, the Ortodoxy was his personal gin! At the time, he never considered that his gin would be sold internationally. It is an extraordinary gin in which they add all the botanicals at the final distillation to pass on all the aromas to the final product as much as possible. The distillate matures for a minimum of six months in oak barrels to give the gin extra complexity. This is followed by a filtering process to decolourise the gin so that it becomes a colourless gin despite the barrel maturation. Smooth tropical gin full of sweetness. Bit of a peppery edge with lots of citrus notes. Primary: citrus, mint and pepper aromas.
