SIPIAN COLLECTION - ROUGE may evolve over the years, but remains true to its style origins. The Mehaye family is an actor in the region and wants to promote excellence of his country. It has a ruby red color of beautiful intensity with light black reflections, lively and bright. Its nose charms systematically, intensely, it reveals notes of red fruits and cherry black, as well as light notes of spices such as anise or again cinnamon, which is also reminiscent of woody notes of roasting. Its mouth is a complex concentrate of black fruits, such as shade morals, black currant or even crushed strawberry. It is the balance between freshness and creaminess. There we find A lively and bright attack reminiscent of red berries, in the middle of the mouth we find a very nice roundness with a nice fatness, developed by aging in barrels. The wood, in turn, is well melted and does not take over. Although the tannins are present, they provide a beautiful structure that perfectly balances the nuts and delicious red fruits.
