The Champagne Tribaut Schloesser winery is located approximately 130 kilometers northeast of Paris. Here, in the Champagne region, the Tribaut Schloesser family has been producing their champagnes for 4 generations since 1929. Every year they vinify the equivalent of 40 hectares of the family's vineyards. The production process is a combination of age-old traditions and the latest technological developments. In addition, the winery has been undergoing a transition to fully organic viticulture since 2020. The family's vineyards are mainly located around the municipalities of Romery, Cormoyeax and Fleury la Rivière. Here the Marne valley extends to the foot of the Montagne de Reims. The valley is characterized by a clayey soil on which the Meunier and Chardonnay grapes thrive. This area is also famous for the excellent Pinot Noir grapes that come from here. This floral, mineral cuvée, mixed with 20% wines from old chardonnay vines in Ay. bread and honey aromas. Ideal with fish and shellfish and as an aperitif. 42md "sur lattes"
