The whisky has a very fine aroma with a pleasantly smooth finish. Fine fruit aromas with further bouts of oak and nuts. A fine and very accessible malt that is very easy to drink. The single malt Wild Weasel, is NOT chilled at filtration: this preserves the aromas better and it is possible that there may be some deposit in the bottle. Also, the whisky may become cloudy when adding clear water, this is proof that you have a craft product here and certainly does not detract from the flavour, quite the contrary.
