Belgian Owl Whisky 3 Years is one of the most recent release from The Belgian Owl. Just old enough to bear the whisky name this 36-month-old Belgian single malt whisky. On the finish: warm oak and vanilla combined with ginger and ripe citrus fruits. Besides its artisanal side, The Belgian Owl is characterised by the absence of peat flavour and distilling in a ‘Pot Still’ alambic (gooseneck distillation flask). To best preserve all its aromas and rich flavours, The Belgian Owl is bottled without first cold filtering it.
