This wine offers white pepper, raspberry and biltong flavours with soft dark undertones that enhance ripe fruity tannins and peppery spices. A lovely bouquet is lifted by violets and fresh acidity. 12-month barrel ageing.

A great accompaniment to goat cheese soufflé or coconut chicken madras and grilled vegetable salad.
