From the Central Valley in Chile where the vineyards benefit from the cold Humboldt Stream from the Pacific Ocean. This aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is lemon-coloured with hints of green. On the nose, there are notes of citrus and flowers along with subtle but pleasant notes of fresh grass and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and crisp with gooseberry, lime and a long, refreshing finish.
