Nose: Incredibly salty, with notes of green olives, damp vegetation, mint and a hint of earth.
Palate: Intense but not aggressive, with the same mouth-watering notes of seawater and green olives.
Finish: The sweetness of the sugar cane offsets the iodine notes, and there's also a hint of creaminess. Very mineral.
Comment : A rustic and powerful white agricultural rum, with all the straightforward character and ‘green’ taste of fresh sugar cane. Perfect for cocktails or with crushed ice.
