Distilled in the heart of the Andes, Pisco Porton is one of the finest examples of Peruvian know-how in the production of this traditional wine brandy.

The very high quality of Pisco Porton is based on many important elements: the selection of the grapes, the Mosto Verde production method (grape juice whose fermentation is incomplete), the quantity of grapes used per bottle and the know-how of the Master Distiller: Johnny Schuler.

It is distilled in copper stills in which no water or other elements are added, only 8 months of rest allow the aromas to develop.

Pisco Porton is produced at a special and unique place called ‘Hacienda La Caravedo’, the oldest distillery in America and the second-oldest distillery in the world still in operation. It was founded in 1684 in the city of Ica, Peru.
