Vineyard: The Mâcon-Villages vineyards are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais hills, with exposures varying from west to east. They are at least 45 years old.

Soils: Chalky to clay-limestone soils particularly favourable to vine growth.

Yield: 68 hl/hectare.

Harvest: Harvested at optimal maturity.

Vinification: Success depends on the optimal maturity of the grapes (12 to 13 degrees of potential alcohol), the quality of the pressing with sorting of the juices, as well as rigorous settling and control of fermentation temperatures.

Ageing: Part of the cuvée (5%) is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and then blended with the rest in vats.

Tasting notes: A clear, bright wine with aromas of white flowers, citrus and yellow fruits, offering a fresh, round, smooth and persistent palate.

Food and wine pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or throughout a meal: chicken in cream sauce, fish in sauce or with cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire.

Serving temperature: Serve between 11 and 13°C.
