Inspired by the Alps and the powerful beauty of winter, Master Blender Emma Walker created this unique blend of rare Scotch whiskies. This perfectly balanced blend includes malt whiskies from our northernmost and highest-altitude distilleries. These are combined with expressions distilled in Scotland's coldest winters, softening the first phase of maturation and bringing out the distinct distillery characteristics. This blend includes single malts from the legendary, also northern Brora, with only one in 10,000 casks managing to convey this character.

Nose: Sweet, creamy vanilla with spiced apples and plums, and a soft wood spice scent.

Flavour: Apples, berries, spices with a hint of wood, light smoke and rich orchard fruits.

Finish: Soft fruity spices with a subtle smokiness.

Distilleries: Malt whiskies sourced from the northernmost and highest distilleries: Bora, Clynelish and Dalwhinnie.

Cask combination: Mainly refilled American oak casks, heavily burnt-out casks,ex-bourbon casks and a selection of wine and sherry casks.
