This gin was developed at Hendrick's Gin Palace on the rugged Ayrshire coast in south-west Scotland. Ms Gracie, inspired by the stand, the coast and the waves of the sea, her chemistry background, her experience of experimentation and her fascination with botanical combinations allowed her to gather this magical essence into bottling in a gin. Aroma: Infused with the deep aroma of a coastal walk and balanced with fresh notes of citrus with a nod to the classic Hendrick's house style. Flavour: Our seductive juniper character is enhanced with the deep earthy notes of local Scottish coastal botanicals, the freshness of coastal herbs and a decidedly clean and smooth citrus finish.
