Vineyard and region
The grapes come from Aragón, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. The name Belsetán refers to a local dialect in Aragon: only 30 inhabitants still speak this dialect.
Vinification
The grapes are first given a cold soak. The wine then ferments and matures in stainless steel tanks.
Color
Cherry red with a purple edge. Scent Violets and jasmine, strawberries and cherries.
Taste
Fully fruity wine with soft tannins. Notes of cherries, strawberries and laurel.
Serve at
with Spanish sausages or with a melanzane parmigiana.
