The estate was founded in 1925 by my grandfather. My father, passionate about his work, was able to pass on to me his concern for high standards, his love for the land of Burgundy, his penchant for rigour in work. After completing my studies at the Beaune wine school, I took over the estate with my parents. In 2003, I was joined by my husband.
Today, our estate has 12 hectares spread across the appellations;
- Chorey lès Beaune
- Savigny les Beaune
- Aloxe - Corton
- Beaune 1er Cru Les Grèves.
Our work is marked by my ancestors' experience and borrowing wisdom. For the cultivation of our vineyard, concern for controlling yields imposes rigorous interventions on us, the pruning of the vine, careful trellising to allow maximum sunshine for the grapes, the practice of green harvesting and the cutting of the between - hearts for better ventilation and sunshine of the vegetation.
