A delicious, round white wine, with aromas of peach, apricot and spring blossom. De Grote Hamersma about this wine: “Chardonnay and viognier, that seems a bit much. Two heavyweights full of ripe fruit in one bottle, wouldn't that be top heavy? Not here. The Paillet family has been Vigneron since 1756, and they now know what winemaking is. The ripe fruit is there, as are the sunny herbs, but two and a half centuries of experience provide fine, fresh acidity, a charming tinge, a slim, graceful wine. In the aftertaste there are cool hints of mint and anise. ”
