Selected from the best vineyard plots of the employees, whose vineyards are certified for the production of Wine D.O.C. Alentejo - Borba sub-region, the grapes, produced under integrated protection regime, benefit from strict control in the evolution of ripening until the final selection, at the time of harvest. Immediately after their arrival at the winery, the grapes were separated and crushed, followed by a 12-hour pelicular maceration, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 18ºC, where cold stabilization and filtration are then carried out. Winter bottling was carried out to preserve the fruity character and youthfulness of the wine. Clear visual appearance, citrine color to ripe lemon. Aroma with intensity of the grape variety suggesting yellow fruits with good acidity and tropical fruits.
