Grape variety: Chardonnay.

Vineyard: The vines are located between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais mountains, with exposure varying from west to east.

Soil: Clay-limestone soil, typical of Burgundy and ideal for vine growth.

Vinification: Pneumatic pressing allows the juice to be extracted slowly and at low pressure. Final filtration gives the wine its limpidity and maximum brilliance. Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats ensures that the wine retains all its freshness.

Tasting notes: The colour is pale yellow to pale gold, with a lovely brilliance. On the nose, this Bourgogne Chardonnay offers a bouquet of white

flowers, hawthorn and acacia. On the palate, the attack is lively and aromatic.

Food pairing: As an aperitif or with roast chicken, a warm goat's cheese salad or refined cheese.

Serving temperature: Serve between 11 and 13°C.
