West Cork Irish Stout Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt whiskey (25%). It is matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously held Black's of Kinsale Stout, giving it an aroma of chocolate, raisins and crushed nuts and a taste of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. This unique Irish whiskey is also blended and bottled at 40%.
