The 7-year-old Single Malt is the latest malt expression from West Cork Irish Whiskey. According to the Single Pot Still, only 100% locally sourced Irish grain is used, and it is also matured in Bodega Olorosso casks from the Tolerina Rodriguez bodega in Cadiz, Spain, for a period of 4 years, after which it matures for a further 3 years in first-fill Bourbon casks. After 7 years of patient waiting, it is bottled at 46%.
