With the Arran Sauternes Cask Finish you are introduced to a sweet side of Arran whisky. After eight years of maturation in American oak barrels, carefully selected Sauternes barrels from Bordeaux were selected to mature the whiskey.

The maturation method used ensures that this whiskey has a deep and balanced character with layers of honey in the scent that come together with the Arran trademark; citrus influences.

Rich notes of honey also open on the palate, while citrus zest, herbs and a salty hint indicate a new twist here.

This is followed by full hints of vanilla, raisins and a hint of oak.
