LAST BOTTLE

The peat in this edition is very maritime, tarry, medicinal and even slightly salty. But behind this intense smokiness, the style remains true to our beloved house malt: rich in flavour and character, yet soft and well-rounded on the palate, with a mild body, a creamy mouthfeel, and hints of peanuts, vanilla, toffee and banana. It is the perfect introduction to the delicious flavours of Islay: juicy and robust, yet never aggressive. As we often say, this is the sort of whisky we always like to have in the house to offer our friends, and it perfectly illustrates what we love about malts from this island.
