West Cork Single Malt Sherry Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and distilled in small batches. Patiently matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% without added colouring.
