West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and distilled in small batches. It is patiently matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% without added colouring.
