West Cork IPA Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt whiskey (25%), matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously contained Black's of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish whiskey that is slightly hoppy with sweet undertones and a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
